A new framework for money, property, and wealth

Digital Real Estate explores Bitcoin's rise as a new store of value and the challenge it poses to real estate's long-standing monetary role. Bringing together economics, monetary theory, and real-world investing, this book examines how Bitcoin is reshaping the foundations of capital allocation.

Written from the perspective of a real estate developer in a clear, practical narrative that all readers and investors can relate to, author Leon Wankum presents a strategic framework for navigating a changing monetary landscape. He shows how Bitcoin can strengthen balance sheets, function as a new form of collateral, and integrate into existing businesses and investment portfolios.

Digital Real Estate provides a blueprint for a world in which Bitcoin increasingly competes with real estate โ€” not only as a store of value, but as part of a new financial paradigm.

What readers are saying

"For decades, real estate has silently functioned as the world's savings account due to decades of unrestrained monetary debasement. Leon Wankum makes the case that bitcoin changes that equation permanently, and shows exactly how real estate operators should respond. This is the clearest framework I've seen to understand what happens to physical property as a harder, digital money emerges."

"Leon connects the dots most people miss: your rent keeps going up, not because your landlord is greedy, but because the money is broken. Digital Real Estate is the clearest framework I've seen for understanding how Bitcoin and real estate actually complement each other, and why separating money from shelter might be the most important economic shift of our lifetime."
